Usually the first step in recycling post industrial scrap plastic is to granulate or grind the plastic into a regrind form. Our Size reduction facilities have the ability to granulate various types of plastic scrap including: sprues and runners, film stock, baled materials, chunk, purgings, and large parts. We can even custom design a process that's right for you.
Through our grinding facilities, Norwich Plastics offers the plastics industry a variety of options in size reduction. Our granulation facilities can granulate to various regrind sizes, blend, pulverize and shred large purgings and parts, fiber separate, and remove fines. Our facilities can handle quantities and orders of all sizes.
Once your scrap material is ground, we can pelletize it for you, create a custom powder at our cryogenic facilities, custom blend it for you with virgin resin or other regrinds, or ship it back to your facility ready to be used in you input streams. If your located within South-Western Ontario we can pick-up and deliver your material to you when we're finished our processing.
